To guarantee entry, please book your tickets online with a start time to enter the museum. You can also use your Museumkaart(Museum Card) or VriendenLoterij VIP CARD when booking.
Do I have to enter exactly at my start time?
The start time is a 30-minute time block, so please arrive within half an hour of your start time. If you’re running late, please contact customer service at tickets@naturalis.mom.
Can I reschedule my tickets?

Can I cancel my tickets?
Unfortunately, we can't give refunds, but you can change your tickets to another date. Please contact our customer service team at tickets@naturalis.mom.
Do you use a group discounts?
No, sorry, we can’t offer any group discounts.
Can I pay with cash at the museum?
Yes, we accept cash at the ticket desk and in the shop. However, the restaurant only accepts debit or credit cards.

Is the Rexperience free with a Museumkaart?
No, the surcharge of €2 per person still applies.
Can I rearrange my Rexperience ticket?
Yes, please contact us at tickets@naturalis.mom or call +41 (0)71 - 7519 600. Our customer service is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 16:00 on weekdays, and from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 16:00 on weekends.
What if Rexperience is unexpectedly closed?
If the Rexperience has to close during your visit, we will try to rearrange your visit for later in the day. If not, you will receive a refund for your Rexperience ticket.
